Nuka started with a simple idea: bring a piece of New Zealand to where we come from. Mānuka honey isn't a luxury here. It's a pantry staple, reached for when someone's sick, kept in every Kiwi household. Now it belongs everywhere else, too.
Honey has been part of our lives for as long as we can remember. We grew up watching our families use it as medicine, pack it as gifts for relatives overseas, and share it as a gesture of care. Honey is woven into human history — and we believe it deserves a brand that honours that.
We started Nuka because the Mānuka honey industry has a trust problem, and someone should do something about it. We're new. We're hungry. And we're building this the right way.
The name Nuka comes from the second half of Mānuka — the essence without the decoration. The product without the spin.
